Kaplan Professional developed a training program lasting 14 days in total duration that was split between the junior level employees and the senior management professionals. The program split was 7 days each and focused on delivering training for an interactive business challenge as well as in the areas budgeting and introducing finance for non-finance professionals at an entry level.
