With the ACCA OnDemand program, I can devote an hour a day for learning and still be able to catch up with the syllabus. Everything is available in MyKaplan, be it videos, past question papers, practice tests, mock tests, or tutor support. I would definitely recommend this training method for working professionals as it helped me become the top ACCA achiever in the UAE for the Tax exam!

I have had the privilege of doing the FM and AFM exams with Kaplan. These are exams with low pass rates and passing on the first attempt was only because of the focus on exam techniques.

We were taught to focus on collecting marks, not necessarily attempting everything in these time-pressured exams.  Classes are structured brilliantly, the right homework is given (and checked), plus, there is ample time planned for revision of it all. Given the difficulty of the exam, emphasis on the right exam technique is key, which only comes with experience! And this is a prize-winning strategy.

I enrolled for the September 2021 exam session for ATX and APM. As corporates with limited time to study,  the pocket notes, integrated study text, and various other periodicals did all the work for me and I only had to follow their guidance. I passed the Level III CFA exam and earned my charter after passing the May 2021 exam. CFA is considered to be the gold standard certification that led me to choose the CFA program and it gave me immense confidence to stand out in my career.

I chose Kaplan for my CFA training because it had an excellent reputation all over the GCC and because of its experienced trainers along with their teaching approach. The intense revision offered by Kaplan one month before the actual examination is one of a kind and helped me pass with confidence. I recently became an ACCA affiliate and am currently pursuing CMA from Kaplan Professional ME as well.  The quality of tutors and Kaplan’s study environment were the main factors that pulled me towards Kaplan. What I liked most about Kaplan was the attitude of the lecturers and the other staff. I always felt welcome at Kaplan and it made me feel like I could approach anyone and I would always be provided with what I needed. My lecturer guided, motivated, and did not give up on me even after I failed the first time. If not for him, I would not have been an ACCA Affiliate today.

Furthermore, we were given a good amount of practice on the CBE platform which helped me a lot during the actual exam. They also organize fun outings for their registered students and these outings helped me make new friends as well as get to know the lecturers better.

The advice that I would give to aspiring ACCA candidates would be never to give up no matter what comes your way. ‘Innovative’ is the one word that I would use to describe Kaplan as my lecturer always found a way to make learning fun.

The trainers have demonstrated strong skills and capabilities to illustrate and explain clearly the context of each situation. The training material was wonderful & the content was well prepared but the discussions and explanations are really what make the course more engaging and easier to relate to.

The course was very interesting and useful for me as a got the chance to refresh my knowledge from accounting aspects. The trainer did very well at trying to maintain engagement in a dry subject, providing 3 examples and encouraging conversation wherever possible. I enjoyed the interaction and quizzes/assessments as part of the course.
