The trainer’s delivery and explanation were very professional, and he was patient enough to ensure that we understood the concepts well. The training material used was also informative and the trainers made efforts to keep the exercises interactive which helped us solve our queries easily. The three key takeaways from this training were financial analysis, marketing strategy, and customer life cycle among several others.
The learnings through this course involved enough time and plenty of engaging methods to achieve the goal, the high interaction levels had the entire team’s participation right from the beginning which made it an enjoyable experience. We realized that business and corporate learning can also happen in a non-technical manner with an understanding of negotiation skills.
While it sounds unique to play a game for learning about serious business-related topics, we realized that this was indeed a fun and unique concept to engage in learning. The duration of the course seemed sufficient to absorb the delivered information and the training material used was very good. The trainers were extremely knowledgeable and extremely pragmatic in maintaining the flow of the course.
The course was very interesting and useful for me as a got the chance to refresh my knowledge from accounting aspects. The trainer did very well at trying to maintain engagement in a dry subject, providing 3 examples and encouraging conversation wherever possible. I enjoyed the interaction and quizzes/assessments as part of the course.
The Trainers were knowledgeable and professional. They sorted every challenge that we have faced and were highly helpful. The program was very well developed and helped build a business strategy mindset.
